Private Sessions

An individualized session where you work one-on-one with the instructor on a range of Pilates apparatus. These sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual client and their personal fitness goals. Private one to one sessions will give the client the best results and clients are encouraged to take private sessions whenever possible. Private sessions are 55mins in length.

Rates:
Drop in private - $90 per session
5 sessions $425 ($85 per session)
10 sessions $800 ($80 per session)

Semi-Private Sessions

A duet session involves two clients with one instructor utilizing a range of Pilates apparatus. It is a great way to get the energy and motivation of working out with another person while still getting a workout tailored to your needs. Duets sessions are 55mins in length.

Drop in duet - $50 per person
5 sessions $225 ($45 per person, per session)
10 sessions $400 ($40 per person, per session)

Reformer Classes

A dynamic, challenging class to lengthen and strengthen the body. Knowledge of equipment set up and exercise order is a must. New clients need to join a orientation series or take min of 4 private sessions before joining a class. Orientation classes are 30mins in length and Reformer classes are 1 hour in length. Maximum 4 students.

Reformer class - Single $35
5 sessions $150 ($30 per class)
10 sessions $250 ($25 per class)
Reformer orientation package - $160 (2x per week for 4 weeks) Required before joining a class.

Tower Classes

Our tower classes are a combination of matwork and specific springs exercises to elongate bulky muscles and strengthen the joints. This is a fun and invigorating workout which complements the reformer classes for a well rounded workout program. Tower classes are 1 hour in length. Maximum 4 students.

Tower class - Single $35
5 sessions $150 ($30 per class)
10 sessions $250 ($25 per class)

Mat Classes

A multilevel workout designed to complement your regular apparatus workouts. All classes focus on the Pilates fundamentals and the development of the classical repertoire. Arm weights, Magic Circle and Wall exercises may be incorporated. All mat classes are 50min in length. Maximum 8 students.

Mat class - SIngle $17
5 sessions $75 ( $15 per class)
10 sessions $120 ( $12 per class)

Open Gym

A circuit style workout the way Joe did it! Each student working on their own piece of apparatus while the instructor circulates the room. Great affordable option for students recovering from an injury who need to work at their own pace. Also suitable for the more advanced student who is familiar with the exercises and wants to build on independent workouts. 60min and 30min sessions available. Max 6 students.

5 sessions $125 (60min) or $75 (30min)
10 sessions $200 (60 min) or $120 (30min)

Studio Policies


Bookings:

All sessions by appointment only. Payment is required for all sessions in advance in order for a reservation to be made. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or INTERAC email payment. Please be on time as sessions can't run overtime.


Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

To avoid charges for missed appointments, you must cancel or reschedule 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR SESSION. We will attempt to fill your session/class reservation regardless of when you cancel, but if you cancel with less that 24 hours notice, and your spot is not filled, you will be charged.


Equipment Cleaning:

Disinfectant and towels are provided for cleaning mats and equipment. Always remember to clean your equipment, mat, and props/accessories after use.


Cell Phones:

As a courtesy to your instructor and others we ask that all cell phones to be turned off while in the studio.


Parking:

Parking is available for 4 cars in the drive.


What not to wear:

Please do not wear perfume or jewelery and tie up long hair for safety. Socks to be worn for all sessions.
